Some of the super hot sauces may be a bit much for most of these recipes. ~SPAGHETTI SAUCE~ Ingredients ~1lb. hamburger~1 can tomato sauce~Oregano~Hot sauce~Celery Salt~2-3 dashes celery salt~Salt~Pepper~ ~Brown hamburger~add tomato sauce sauce~1/2 tsp. oragano~1 tsp. hot sauce~celery salt~salt&pepper to taste~simmer 10 minutes~serves-4 ~TACO SAUCE~ Ingredients ~1lb. hamburger~1 16oz. jar Old ElPaso Hot Taco Sauce~Franks hot sauce~Tabasco Pepper Sauce~onion~water~salt&pepper~ ~Brown hamburger~add 1 slice diced onion~1 jar Old ElPaso Taco Sauce~1 cup water~2 tsp. hot sauce~1/2 tsp. Tabasco~3 dashes of salt&pepper~simmer 10 minutes~serves-8-10-tacos ~Suggestion~ Instead of taco shells, put some Fritos in a bowl, cover with taco sauce, add shredded cheddar cheese and your favorite taco toppings. ~HOT DOG SAUCE~ Ingredients ~1/2lb.hamburger~6 oz. tomato juice~Franks hot sauce~Tabasco Sauce~onion~water~chili powder~cumin~salt&pepper~ ~Brown hamburger~add 1 slice diced onion~6 oz. tomato juice~1 cup water~2 tsp. hot sauce~1/2 tsp. Tabasco~1/2 tsp. chili powder~5 dashes of cumin&pepper~3 dashes of salt~simmer 10 minutes~ ~PIZZA~ Ingredients ~1 package pizza crust mix~1 jar Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce~8oz shredded mozzarella cheese~Toppings of your choice~ You can use any pizza sauce or make your own. Just add oregano to tomato sauce. ~Put oven rack to low position~Preheat oven to 450�~Mix Crust (follow package directions)~Press dough on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet into a 12-inch circle~Add pizza sauce, cheese, toppings~Bake 15-17 minutes~Slice and Enjoy~ ~BEEF CABBAGE BEAN SOUP~ Ingredients ~1lb. hamburger~1 can kidney beans~1 can diced tomatoes~1 can tomato sauce~1 small can cut green beans~1 small can tomato juice~slice of diced onion~1/2 pound cut cabbage~hot sauce~chili powder~celery salt~salt&pepper~water~ ~In a stock pot add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato juice, green beans, tomato sauce, cover with water, heat to a boil~Brown hamburger, add diced onion~Put browned hamburger in stock pot~Add tsp. of chili powder, 1/2 tsp. celery salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 4 dashes salt, 1 tsp. hot sauce~Add cabbage and more water as needed~boil 10 minutes turn heat down and simmer for 45 minutes~serves~8-10~ ~Chicken Noodle Soup~ Ingredients ~1 chicken leg quarter(leg&thigh)~3 cups egg noodles~celery salt~salt&pepper~water~ ~In a stock pot add water and chicken leg quarter, boil 1 hour, add water as needed~take the chicken leg quarter out of stock pot, take the meat off the chicken bones~put the chicken meat back in the stock pot, add egg noodles, bring to boil~add 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. celery salt~Boil 15 minutes, add water if needed~serves~6-8~ ~Vegetable Beef Soup~ Ingredients ~left-over roast~1 cup roast broth~3 potatoes~1 carrot~1 small can each (or fresh) green beans-peas-corn~1 slice onion~1 can tomato sauce~1 can diced tomatoes~1 small can tomato juice~hot sauce~tobasco~celery salt~pepper&salt~water~ ~Pull or cut left-over roast in to small peices, in a stock pot put water add meat, broth, diced potatoes, diced carrot, diced slice of onion, green beans, peas, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato juice, tbs hot sauce, a few drops of tobasco, tps of celery salt, salt & pepper to taste~Bring to boil for 15 minutes, simmer 1 hour, add water as needed~serves~7-8~ |
